Does India needs more job creators than job seekers ?
India has a great power of the population. A count of 132 Crores of people in India is not a matter of fact to be neglected. Everyone wants a peaceful lifestyle and society, which is said to be achieved by having a good income source in today's era. Coming back to my topic above, in typical Indian mid-class family, it is assumed that the child should get a good job. But the question arises how and where?
Big companies who use to hire employees at a large scale are busy in advancing their technologies in cloud and automation which will help them reduce the manpower, salary expenditure, human errors and many more. Then why should they hire employees and waste their time and money in training them?
That's the reason I found of the unemployment rate increased in India.
Here comes the term "Start-up" or "Entrepreneurship" which can be a positive response to the above scenario. India really needs a great number of Job availability for unemployed youth.
Jobs are created by 2 methods: one is when the government creates an enterprise and other is when private firms get a suitable and favourable environment to put their enterprises.
The present NDA government has done great work in making a favorable environment for Job creators. The schemes and projects of 'Skill India', 'Make in India', 'Digital India', and MSME are helping a lot of job creators to provide a great job opportunity to unemployed youth of nation as well as it is also helping in the development of the nation.
