Google Panda is a search algorithm of google developed for ranking the sites in search results. It basically removes the thin sites or low-content sites and ranks up the sites which have huge content on websites. It was first released in February 2011. This algorithm provides results based on user search location. It is useful for local business and websites or pages which are to be high ranked locally.

Google Penguin

Google Penguin is the codename that was announced in April 2012. This is a Google Search Algorithm that aims to downrank the webpages or websites that violate Google's Webmaster Guidelines. Generally, it was made to affect the webpages which use Black-hat SEO techniques to high rank their sites on Google Search Results. Penguin has got 7 updates to date and the latest one is Penguin 7 also known as Penguin 4.0 which was released on September 23, 2016.

Google Humming Bird is the codename that was announced in 2013. It is the google search algorithm that emphasizes language queries, Context, and keywords of a webpage. By its name Humming Bird, it matters with speed and Accuracy of a webpage and ranks according to google search results. this made web developers and authors of websites optimize their sites with natural language in their webpage rather than writing content with consists of forced keywords only.
